Scanning Procedures



Folder Content Sheets

If a folder you are scanning does not already have a Folder Content Sheet inside, please complete one of these before scanning the folder. Combine the digital Folder Content Sheet with the other digital Folder Content Sheets for the collection/county files. There should be a separate folder for just the folder content sheets. When filling out this form, highlight the fields of the types of files that are within the corresponding folder, and add the folder name at the top before 'Folder Contents'.
